Trust

Although there have been times in the past when our government has misled us, my knee-jerk tendency has been to believe its reports about incidents such as the recent confrontation between our warships and the Iranian speed boats. It is a sad day when the faith of patriotic Americans is routinely under siege. I honestly don't know what to think about this.

Rest In Peace, Sir Edmund

Everest conqueror Edmund Hillary dies. WELLINGTON (Reuters: Top News) - New Zealand's Sir Edmund Hillary, who along with Nepal's Tenzing Norgay Sherpa became the first to conquer Mount Everest, has died. He was 88.
